EU-MERCI Project

EU-MERCI is the European Project dedicated to the dissemination of good practices dedicated to the energy efficiency in the food industry


The dissemination of good practices is the best way to reach the greatest results in terms of improvement of energy performance especially in the food industry.
The dream of EU-MERCI project is creating a free European platform for exchanging good practices where the organizations that have access to informations and datas on energy efficiency implementation in industry can share their experiences with the ones that have not yet implemented energy efficiency measures.

EU-MERCI, funded by Horizon 2020, aims to create in two years conditions to facilitate the implementation of energy efficiency projects in industry and encourages the provision of more effective support schemes, taking into account the provisions of art.7 of Directive 2012 /27 / EU on the energy efficiency of mechanisms requiring energy efficiency.
